CPAA Terms and Conditions

Winter/Spring 2012 Schedule (12 weekly lessons/30 minutes each)
January 23 - Semester Begins
March 5 - Remaining Tuition Due
March 19-23 - Spring Break (no lessons this week)
April 16 - Last week of lessons
April 21 or 22 - Spring Recital

Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees must be paid in advance of lessons.  Tuition and fees are calculated each semester and the entire amount is due and payable to Concord Performing Arts Academy according to the terms agreed to by CPAA's directors. 
The registration fee for new CPAA students is $25 and this semester's tuition is $300.  The registration fee, if applicable, plus one-half of the semester's tuition, is due at registration.  The remaining balance is due by March 5, 2012.

Cancellation and Tardy Policy
Students are permitted one make-up lesson during the semester, providing both CPAA and the instructor are notified at least 24 hours prior to the missed lesson.  Otherwise, no refund or account credit will be given by CPAA for missed or cancelled lessons.  Lessons begin and end promptly at the agreed upon times.  Please be respectful of your instructor's time, as well as that of other students.

Promotional Use of Images
From time to time, CPAA, or its delegates, may photograph or video/audio record lessons and/or recitals.  Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions grants CPAA, First Baptist Concord and Concord Christian School permission to use any such image or recording of your child for any legitimate promotional purpose.  By registering your child for CPAA, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
