  • Drama 2 (11-18 year olds) will meet on Thursdays at 6:00pm.
  • Homeschool Drama (8-18 year olds) will meet on Mondays at 2:30pm.

Tuition, Fees, Discounts and Late Payments
  • Tuition for the 2019-20 Drama season is $58 per month for the one-hour class.
  • Due to the limitations of our billing system, we will have to manually adjust your rates to reflect this $58 rate. This will take place prior to your first billing.
  • Monthly tuition INCLUDES both costume rental/purchase and recital fees for the season. CA does not charge admission for recitals.
  • Monthly tuition DOES NOT include personal items such as shoes or tights, or charges for pictures or videos that you may elect to purchase.
  • Tuition is NOT based on a specific number of classes in a given month, but on thirty-two (32) weeks of instruction distributed over nine (9) equal payments (Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar and Apr).
  • The Registration Fee is $25 and will be invoiced with the first month's tuition, if not paid during the registration process. This fee is assessed only to first-time CA students/families, and is limited to one charge per family.
  • Charges for subsequent months will be invoiced monthly via email. We encourage you to pay your invoice online via the link provided on the invoice. If that is not possible, you can drop a check (payable to "ConcordArts") in the lock box on the Dance teachers cart OR you can mail your check to: 12501 Coral Reef Cir, Knoxville, TN 37922.
  • Monthly tuition payments are due on the first of each month. Payments received after the 10th of the month (Aug excluded) are subject to a $15 late fee. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, your child may not be permitted to participate in classes until past due payments are received.
  • Payments that are rejected by your bank will be subject to a $25 fee.

Attendance, Absenteeism and Withdrawal Policy
Absenteeism prevents a performer and his/her class from performing at their highest level. If the instructor considers absences to be excessive, a student may be excluded from performances.  Dress rehearsals for recital performances are mandatory. Generally speaking, each recital will require one dress rehearsal.  No refunds or account credits will be given by CA for missed classes. Withdrawals are permitted only with a thirty day notice and payment of any tuition due during that period.

Class Cancellations
If classes must be cancelled due to extenuating circumstances notice will be given via email to the addresses on file and notice will be posted on CA’s Facebook page. Any cancelled classes will be re-scheduled as soon as practical.

Injuries
Parents, legal guardians of minors, students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury resulting from class activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after class. Parents alone are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage to protect against losses as a result of any injury.

Conduct
Any conduct by child or parent that is considered in the sole discretion of the Directors to be unbecoming, such as disrespectful communication and not adhering to the policies of CA and/or the host facility will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program. Students under the age of 13 must be under direct adult supervision at all times. At no time may children be permitted to wander the facility or grounds unsupervised. Any violation of this policy may result in dismissal from the program. Damage to property caused by failure to properly supervise a child will be the parent’s financial responsibility.

Care of Students
CA, its staff and instructors, and Virtue Church and its employees are not responsible for providing care before or after class to the students.  Late pickups could result in fees at a rate of $10 for each fifteen minute increment or any portion thereof. Please contact your instructor if you will be late to pick up your child. Note: Parents are not permitted to sit-in on classes.

Promotional Use of Images
From time to time, CA, or its delegates, may photograph or video/audio record lessons and/or recitals. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions grants CA permission to use any such image or recording of your child for any legitimate promotional purpose.

Acceptance of Complete Terms and Conditions
By registering your child for CA, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
