CPAA Music Terms and ConditionsTuition and Fees
Private music lessons are $25 per 30-minute lesson. Payment is due monthly in advance. There is a one-time, $25 Registration Fee for new families. This fee is due with the first month's payment. Tuition is billed monthly in-advance and an invoice is emailed to the address on record. Payments may be paid online via the link provided on the invoice - subject to a 3% convenience fee charged by the payment processor. Payments may also be made in person at the FBC reception desk during office hours, or may be mailed to: CPAA, Attn: Julie Arnold, 11704 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934. Any checks should be made payable to "CPAA". Payment due dates are listed on each invoice. Payments received after the 10th of the month are subject to a $15 late fee. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, your child may not be permitted to participate in classes until past due payments are received. Payments that are rejected by your bank will be subject to a $15 fee. Scheduling for Classes Once you have registered for lessons, our staff will assign an instructor who will coordinate with you to schedule your weekly lessons. Please note any special requests in the comments section of your registration. At your first lesson, you will work with the instructor to complete a lesson schedule. All lessons take place on the campus of First Baptist Concord at 11704 Kingston Pike, Knoxville. Cancellation and Tardy Policy Students are permitted one make-up lesson during the semester, providing both CPAA and the instructor are given reasonable notification. Such notification should be given by emailing CPAA at [email protected] or by speaking directly with your instructor. Otherwise, no refund or account credit will be given by CPAA for missed or cancelled lessons. Lessons begin and end promptly at the agreed upon times. Please be respectful of your instructor's time, as well as that of other students. Conduct and Supervision The FBC campus is enormous and many people transit the campus every day. While much is done to insure a safe campus, we will not sacrifice children's safety out of complacency or for the sake of convenience. All students must be parent-supervised while on campus. Any student under the age of 12 must be escorted to and from class - there will be no exceptions to this rule. Unsupervised or unruly students, at the discretion of CPAA or FBC staff, may be terminated from the program. Promotional Use of Images From time to time, CPAA, or its delegates, may photograph or video/audio record lessons and/or recitals. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions grants CPAA, First Baptist Concord and Concord Christian School permission to use any such image or recording of your child for any legitimate promotional purpose. By registering your child for CPAA, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. |
